Dispatch Times

  • Standard Shipping: Orders are dispatched within 2 business days of purchase
  • Next Day Shipping: Orders are dispatched within 1 business day of purchase

Shipping Options & Delivery Times

  • Standard Shipping: Delivery typically takes 3–5 business days after dispatch
  • Next Day Shipping: Delivery is expected on the next business day after dispatch

Important Delivery Requirements

Due to the size, weight, and handling requirements of solar equipment (including panels, inverters, and batteries), the following conditions must be met:

  • A responsible person must be present at the delivery address to receive and sign for the goods
  • Access to the delivery location must be suitable for large vehicles, including pallet deliveries with tail lift access where required
  • Delivery areas must be clear, safe, and unobstructed

Deliveries are typically made via pallet networks and require appropriate access conditions to ensure safe unloading.

Solar Panel Delivery & Inspection Requirements

All solar panels are carefully prepared prior to dispatch to ensure they arrive in optimal condition:

  • Panels are stacked, aligned, and secured appropriately
  • Units are strapped and banded to prevent movement during transit
  • Protective cardboard is applied to edges and sides to minimise the risk of scratches or damage

Customer Responsibility on Delivery

Upon receipt of solar panel deliveries, customers are required to:

  • Inspect all goods immediately upon delivery
  • Check for any visible signs of damage, including cracked glass, frame damage, or packaging issues
  • Clearly note any damage or concerns on the delivery documentation before signing
  • Take photographic evidence where damage is identified

Damage Reporting

  • Any visible damage must be reported at the point of delivery and clearly documented with the courier
  • Any concealed damage must be reported to Solar Hub within 24 hours of delivery, supported by photographic evidence

Important Notice

Failure to:

  • Inspect goods at the point of delivery
  • Sign for goods as “damaged” where applicable
  • Report damage within the specified timeframe

may result in the inability to raise a successful claim with the courier or supplier. In such cases, Solar Hub reserves the right to decline liability for damage claims.

Risk and Title

Risk in the goods passes to the customer upon successful delivery to the address provided.
Title to the goods remains with Solar Renewable Hub Ltd until full payment has been received.

Failed Deliveries

If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful due to:

  • No responsible person being present
  • Restricted or unsuitable access
  • Incorrect or incomplete delivery details

the order may be returned to the depot and a redelivery charge will apply. Solar Hub reserves the right to pass on any additional costs incurred.

Delivery Conditions and Limitations

  • Delivery is made to the nearest safe and accessible point as determined by the driver
  • Drivers are not obligated to move goods beyond the delivery point or assist with installation
  • Customers are responsible for ensuring appropriate unloading arrangements where required

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated based on the selected delivery method and location. All applicable charges are displayed at checkout prior to purchase.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing tracking information.

International Shipping

Solar Renewable Hub Ltd offers international shipping to selected destinations. Delivery times and costs may vary, and customers are responsible for:

  • Any customs duties or import taxes
  • Delays caused by customs clearance

Shipping Restrictions

We are unable to deliver to:

  • P.O. Boxes
  • APO/FPO addresses

Delays & Force Majeure

While we aim to meet all delivery timeframes, Solar Renewable Hub Ltd shall not be held liable for delays caused by events outside of our reasonable control, including but not limited to:

  • Courier delays
  • Weather conditions
  • Supply chain disruptions
  • Industrial action

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

  • Solar Renewable Hub Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from delivery delays, damage, or failure
  • Liability for any claim relating to goods supplied shall be limited to the value of the goods purchased
